1. Access & Account

  • You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services, or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

  • You may be asked to provide information (e.g., email, billing/shipping details) to place orders or use certain features. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Our Products

We aim to describe our products accurately. However, display colors and finishes may vary by device and settings. We do not guarantee that products will meet your personal expectations. We may modify product descriptions, availability, and limits at any time.

3. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation and have successfully processed payment.

  • Please review your order carefully before submitting; we may not be able to cancel once accepted. If we cannot accept or must cancel, we will notify you using the contact details you provided.

  • Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy.

  • You confirm that purchases are for personal/household use and not for resale.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Billing

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price at checkout and in your order confirmation.

  • Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable, and exclusive of shipping and any duties/taxes for destinations outside the EU.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information, and to promptly update it as needed.

  • By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the total order amount.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • EU consumer rule: risk of loss passes to you when you (or a person you designate) physically receive the goods. If you choose your own carrier (not offered by us), risk passes when goods are handed to that carrier.

  • If a parcel is undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to collect, additional re-shipping costs may apply.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services — including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, video, audio, design, and their arrangement — is owned by Volonero or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Optional Tools & Beta Features

We may provide access to third-party tools or new features. These are provided “as is” without warranties. Your use of such tools/features is at your discretion and subject to the third party’s terms.

8. Third-Party Links & Content

The Services may contain links to third-party sites or embedded content. We are not responsible for such sites’ content, policies, or practices. Access and use are at your own risk; review the applicable terms and privacy policies.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Sales are made directly between you and Volonero. Shopify is not responsible for any sales-related aspects between you and us. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with Volonero. See our Privacy Policy for how Shopify processes data.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read it.

11. Feedback & Reviews

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Volonero a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Feedback for any purpose.
You represent you own or control the rights to your Feedback and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws. We may remove Feedback we deem unlawful or inappropriate.

12. Errors & Omissions

From time to time, the Services may contain typographical errors or omissions (e.g., pricing, availability). We may correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time and without notice (including after you have submitted your order).

13. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Services:

  • for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activities;

  • to violate laws or third-party rights;

  • to harass or harm others;

  • to transmit malware or disruptive code;

  • to spam, scrape, crawl, or data-mine contrary to our policies;

  • to interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
    We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Services (in whole or part) or your access at any time. You remain responsible for amounts due up to termination. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated by Volonero, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; these limitations may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volonero and its directors, employees, agents, partners, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages; or for loss of profits, revenues, savings, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g., liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Volonero and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your: (i) breach of these Terms; (ii) violation of law or third-party rights; or (iii) misuse of the Services.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19. No Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Volonero regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements or communications.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations without notice.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You and Volonero agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence within the EU.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be notified as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
