Shipping Policy

Welcome to Volonero. Each of our candles is handcrafted with care and shipped from our international production facility. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.


2. Shipping Time

All orders are shipped from our production facility in China.
Estimated delivery time for all destinations is:

7–14 business days after dispatch.

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
We currently offer:

  • Standard International Shipping (Tracked) — 7–14 business days

  • Free Shipping — available for orders above €100 (after discounts, before taxes)


4. Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at volonero.store@gmail.com.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Because we ship internationally, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges once it arrives in your country.
These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order for more details.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at volonero.store@gmail.com.

  2. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue.
    We’ll investigate with our logistics partner and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Volonero is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.


8. Preorders & Production Batches

Some products may be available for preorder or produced in limited batches.
In such cases, please allow additional time for production before the 7–14 day shipping period begins.
